A new report is saying that Russian law enforcement is saying that this video is a fake. I am not so sure about that. The head of the man being executed and his decapitated head looks like the same head of the live and very frightened man seen at the beginning of the video. Russian LE has done almost nothing to stop Russian neo-Nazi violence, so this may just be a cover-up.
